I plan to be late. Until what time can I check-in?

You can check-in 24 hours a day

Is the entrance to the hotel open at night?

You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours a day.

What time can I enter the room?

The time of entry to the room is from 14:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and go making the necessary arrangements at reception.

What time should I leave the room?

The time of departure from the room is until 12:00 maximum. We have the option of booking LATE CHECK OUT (until 4pm) at a cost of € 20 per room; Or until 6pm with a cost of 30€ per room. (This Late check out will always be subject to the availability of the establishment and notifying one day in advance)

What hours does breakfast have?

Dwo Nopal Hotel has a buffet restaurant that offers breakfast service from 7.45 am to 10.30 am.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Does the hotel have parking for customers? It's included?

We do not have parking at the establishment. But if you wish, you have a parking area in the Plaza de Charco or in the Muelle (about 200m).

Is there a pool towel or do I have to bring it?

Yes, we have a pool towel service. A deposit of € 10 must be made at the reception, at the time of purchase and which will be returned at the time of the return.

At what age is the child rate considered?

Up to 11 years is considered a child rate.
With 12 years or more is considered an adult

At what age is the baby considered?

Until the age of 2, it is considered a baby rate, which has no additional cost.

How can I request a cot?

Cots are free. They must be requested in advance at the time of booking, you can add it in the comments section before finalizing your reservation, by email or by calling the hotel directly.

I want to modify or cancel my reservation. It can?

You can modify or cancel your reservation in the "My bookings" section that you will find in the drop-down menu, entering your e-mail and the locator that appears in the reservation confirmation. If you have any problems modifying or canceling, you can call the hotel or send an email to reservas.nopal@dwohotels.com

What is the cancellation policy?

You can see the cancellation conditions for your reservation at any time during the reservation process, in addition to being also detailed in the reservation confirmation that you will receive in your email once your reservation is finalized.

Are there Brunch gift vouchers?

Yes, we have customizable gift vouchers so you can give it to your favorite person/s.

If I have a Brunch reservation, can I swim in the hotel pool?

No, the Brunch does not entitle you to use the pool if you are not staying at the hotel.

What are the brunch prices and times?

Brunch is available from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The price is €13 for adults and €9 for children.
