After a good rest, the best way to start the day with energy is with a good breakfast. The hotel has a varied, complete and healthy buffet breakfast service and a small menu with hot dishes made just for you.
Breakfast is available from (7:45 to 10:30) in our restaurant, located on the 5th floor next to the terrace where you can have breakfast with wonderful views of Mount Teide.

YOGA&PILATES
A perfect weekend begins by pampering yourself. And what better plan than a yoga & pilates class on our terrace, followed by a delicious breakfast with views of Mount Teide.
To attend our classes it is not necessary to have any previous knowledge, the exercises are adapted to the needs and possibilities of each one, under the supervision of our teacher.
Hours: Every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
